5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The quality of Travel Provider services
  • The suitability of services for your specific needs


8.2 Limitation of Damages

  • Claims made within one (1) year of the incident

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Our Intellectual Property
